I’m Autumn Shelton — a Fractional CFO and strategic advisor with more than 11 years of executive finance experience. As the Co-Founder and CFO of a fast-growing California company, I spent years leading finance & accounting, compliance, HR, legal coordination, and a six-person marketing team through rapid growth, strict regulation, and constantly shifting market conditions.

Today, I partner directly with founder-led businesses to build efficiency, financial strength, and strategic momentum—without the cost of a full-time CFO. I bring a clear, grounded, and energizing approach to growth, helping leaders feel confident in their numbers, their decisions, and the direction they’re heading.
